We are newlyweads and new business owners. We recently moved from Florida to Fruita Colorado for the important things like the freedom to pursue our own path, food, and to be closer to Family.
Originally from Albuquerque, we decided to share our passion for cooking and New Mexican cuisine with our new community in Fruita. We opened a food trailer offering a combination of our family recipes and New Mexican specialties.

I’m Jason Pollock and I am one of the owners of 505 Fix. I have recently left my career in the railroad industry to pursue something that I have always been passionate about; cooking delicious foods.
Julia Pollock
I’m Julia Pollock and I am joining my husband on this journey as the other owner of 505 Fix! My parents worked in the restaurant industry as well as myself when I started working around age 16.
